1. The matches are played in accordance with the KNVB regulations.
2. The players who are entitled to participate in the 28th TopParken Tournament U14 2024 must have been born in 2010 or after. The following applies to the players of VV Lunteren: they were born in 2009 or later.
3. Before the start of the tournament, each team is obliged to provide the organization with a list of players, including first name, last name and date of birth.
4. In the preliminary rounds, 3 groups of 4 teams will play, they will play half a competition, then the play will take place as stated in the tournament guide.
5. All matches last 2 x 20 minutes, with 2 minutes rest. Injury time maximum 2 minutes only given after 2nd half of the match.
6. The numbers 1 and 2 of each group and the two best numbers 3 play for the 1st to 8th place. The numbers 4 of each group and the other numbers 3 play in a half competition for the 9th to 12th place.
7. In the 1/4 finals you will not play against a team from your own group. If this appears to happen from the schedule, the competition management will decide.
8. If two or more teams achieve an equal number of points in the preliminary rounds and in the final ranking for 9th to 12th place, the ranking will be determined on the basis of successively:
a. The goal difference
b. Most goals for
c. The result of the mutual match
d. Penalties to be taken (see point 9)
9. In the event of penalty kicks (see point 8d), five different players from each team, who are on the field at the final whistle, take turns taking a penalty kick at a specially equipped spot on the sports park. If no decision has been made yet, two penalty kicks will be taken, alternately by one of the remaining players from both teams until a winner is determined.
10. If a match ends in a draw after the preliminary rounds, penalties will be taken immediately after the match as described in point 9.
11. Switching players:
– During the match, each team may substitute a maximum of five players
– Substitutions are allowed during the match (maximum three times) and during half time.
12. If the final ends in a draw, penalties will be taken immediately afterwards as indicated in point 9.
13. The first team mentioned starts at the canteen side of the field, the other team kicks off. In the 2nd half it is the other way around.
14. All matches are led by an referee trio.
15. Each team is required to bring spare shirts of a clearly different color. If the clothing is the same, the first named team in the match schedule will wear the spare shirts.
16. A player who is sent off the field during one of the matches (2x yellow or direct red) is suspended for the next match, unless the tournament committee decides otherwise. No appeal is possible against the imposed sentence.
17. The participating associations will be held liable for damage incurred to buildings, advertising signs, plants or other assets of VV Lunteren, caused by players of one of the associations.
18. Lunteren Football Club and the tournament organization are not liable for the loss and/or theft of money and property.
19. In cases not provided for in these regulations, the tournament committee will decide. No appeal is possible against this.
